How does the gift card get delivered?
We’ll send a beautiful digital gift card via email to your recipient, explaining the gift and providing easy instructions to schedule their sessions. You can also choose to have it sent to yourself if you’d like to present it in person.
Can the recipient choose any service?
Depends on your gift. You can choose a specific session or package, or you can purchase a gift card to be used for any service that fits their needs best, whether that’s focused prayer ministry, discipleship, or group sessions.
How long are the gift cards valid?
Gift cards are good for a year from their purchase date. We understand that ministry schedules can be unpredictable, so recipients can extend that expiration if they inform us of their intentions before the year passes.
Are the sessions confidential?
Absolutely. All sessions are completely confidential. Ministry leaders, counselors, and missionaries can share openly without any concern that information will reach their congregation or supporters.
Can I give anonymously?
Yes, you can choose to give anonymously. We’ll simply let the recipient know that someone who cares about them wanted to bless them with this gift.
Do you offer refunds on purchases?
Yes. You can request a refund up to one month from the day you purchased the sponsorship. The person who receives it can redeem it anytime within one year of the purchase date.
